Payment is to be made either by cash, EFTPOS or credit card (please note credit card payments will be subject to a 3% transaction fee).

• The quoted price does not include assembly/dis-assembly.
• If 1 Man Van service is selected, you must ensure there is assistance to help load and unload at each location.
• Customer warrants that they have ownership and authority over all items being picked up.
• We do not pick up items that are flammable, explosive materials, perishables, pets, currency and other dangerous goods.
• We reserve the right to charge more should access issues arise which have not been disclosed prior to booking which include but not limited to stairs, no elevator being available and parking distance from either location being more than 10M.
• Once your job booking has been submitted you will receive a call from Smart Express on the same day if submitted during working hours OR next the working day if submitted out of office hours.
• Cancellations - To cancel your booking please call the Smart Express office on 09 22 22 555.
• Claims/Insurance - Please see full T&Cs.
• All moves and deliveries will be done in accordance with our Health & Safety guidelines.
• All bookings subject to availability.
• Agreement of all T&Cs listed under Smart Express.
